In celebration of May's National Fitness Month, join us Mother's Day weekend for a "power hour" to uplift your fitness experience. This high-energy class combines
dynamic bodyweight exercises with fun, rhythmic aerobic moves to boost your strength, stamina and coordination. Experience core work with upbeat cardio sequences that keep your heart pumping and your mood soaring! Modifications to exercises will be provided, so this is perfect for all fitness levels. Dress comfortably and bring a towel and water. No equipment needed, no limits! This workout will leave you feeling strong and energized.
Christine Young is a NFPT Certified Personal Trainor, AFFA Group Exercise Instructor, MWR Navy Fitness Command Fitness Leader, and Stages Cycling Instructor.
